I was very pleased with Dr. Patel's visit. She spent 45 minutes with me with my husband present. I was a bit concerned about my memory loss. She explained everything in detail.

Dr. Patel was well as her assistant. APP Durango were very professional, courteous and informative to me.

Dr. Patel is efficient in her exam, she reviews medical records and discusses medications being taken. She makes you feel like her only patient and the most important patient she will see.

I feel I had an excellent visit with Dr. Patel. She paid attention to everything I said. She recommended 2 other appointments including an MRI. I am very satisfied.

The administrative staff did not provide any guidance as to how to obtain the tests ordered by the doctor for me or the specialist I was asked to see. I still have not heard from the office regarding the test result, and half a month has gone by. It is not just this doctor. I do not have good experience with the entire Atlantic Medical Group as a whole.
