“1960 Willys Jeep Cj3b all original needs restoration. Firewall, kick boards, hood, grill all solid. Frame is good too. All guages are still in the dash. Tub needs sheet metal work. Drive train is complete and all intact from engine to axles and original. No top. Suppose to have ran 2 years ago. Probably needs points cleaned and the fuel pumps glass cover needs the coark gasket replaced. I’ll bet it runs after that with some new fuel.
Trades or parial trades include bolt actions 30-06, 3oo win mag, semi a’s 223 or larger, welders mig or tig, welding and fabrication equipment (example) tube benders, tube notchers, metal brakes and shears, torches and anything in between. Kinda looking for a solid axle chevy 4×4 nothig less than 3/4 ton SIMPLE FIX project with good sheetmatal. Text me what you got with a pic if you’re. Interested. Don’t need to get rid of the jeep. Just lookin around.
I’m asking 1800 or best offer…within reason of coarse.”

Todd noted that these might be the rareKelsey-Hayes rims only found 1970 CJ-5s with the Renegade package.

Only four of the tires match.

It runs, but is still a project.

“My wife and I bought this 1950’s Jeep Wagon last year with the intention of wrapping it with vinyl for advertisem*nt. The guy we bought it from told us we only had to do a couple of things. We messed up and got in way over our heads. He did not do the steering correct so it needs a Steering Kit. It was been put on an S-10 chassis or so we were told. It has an engine, transmission, 4-barrel carb. It starts and seems to run well. We are in it twice what we are asking this by our own ignorance. If interested, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can tell you all about it. We have all the frames for the windows and door handles.”

This February 1956 photo and caption from Willys News reported that the Louisville Apothecary, which had used jeeps for delivery since 1946, was welcoming their first DJ-3A Dispatcher to their lineup.

Looks pretty good for having say for so long.

“1948 Willys two wheel drive pick-up. Pictures show where I picked it up a couple years ago after it had been found sitting for 30 years. I purchased it from the estate of the original owner. We have cleaned it up a bit, and removed some of the small parts anticipating that we would restore it, but we have changed minds and are going a different direction. Original engine is in it….we have not tried to fire it up. Body is in pretty good shape. This will be really nice when fixed up, or easily converted to four wheel drive. More pictures available upon request. Asking $1500 OBO. Open to offers, and may even consider some trades….no junk though.”

I am offering for sale a nice 1946 Willys CJ-2A.It has always been inside. Has both choke and throttle cables. Has dual heaters,( left & right side ) Floor boards front and rear have been plated and painted when jeep was painted. Tool box under right seat is clean and not rusty as most are .Underside is not rusted out . the transfer case seeps gear oil at seals as most do at this age ,but doesn’t run out.

Does not run. Has an unusual windshield. It is missing the battery box and the steps.

“This is 100 percent original parts. This Willys is all original parts and engine. It has some minor rust and hasn’t run since 1997, has a dent in the roaf but has been covered.
