Teachers…..Y.A.L.E.You Are Leaders EverydayYou more are than just a cog in the wheel. How many professions out there direct the amount of people you do?If you’re an elementary teacher, you direct 20-30 people students daily. If you’re a secondary teacher, you’re directing 90-180 people (students) each day.Yes, for the amount of people you impact, you are definitely underpaid compared to your value to society. This post is to recognize and emphasize that you make a difference that most professions don’t. (Btw, no disrespect to other professions)Every teacher, every adult on campus, is a leader and should embody great leadership. And the majority do. Y.A.L.E.!

Increasing diversity on your leadership team should be part of your DEI strategy. It is not enough to have diversity in your non-leadership positions. It shows your true commitment to inclusion.
